| Blending is to combine two or more single origin coffees together. The aim is to combine coffees with complementary characteristics: acid with sweet, thin with full-bodied.
We roast each origin green bean separately, because different varieties of bean roast at different rates. We combine these single origin roasts to create blends that are balanced and complex in flavour.
Primo is our signature espresso blend which combines beans from several countries. Colombian beans contribute body and acidity; Brazilian beans add body and sweetness; Central American beans add aroma; and African beans contribute brightness. |
