The best place to store your fresh roasted coffee is in an airtight container in a cool dark place. This way the delicate aromas and flavours will be preserved for longer.

It is not a good idea to refrigerate or freeze fresh roasted coffee. Once the coffee thaws, moisture condenses on the surface of the coffee, and ruins the flavour of the coffee.
