DESIGN AND INSTALLATION

We can provide you with all the information to make your coffee station streamlined and efficient. We can liaise directly with your plumber, electrician and architect and provide them with all the technical specifications well before you are to open the doors.

Ask about our architecturally designed sample coffee station. The plans provide for the perfect working coffee station that are simple and easy to follow, and that provide an easy work environment for staff and for access to customers. You can use the plan as it is, or make small adjustments as necessary.

As soon as the site is ready, the Caffe L’affare technical team will install the espresso machine and water purifying system, tune up your grinder and have perfect espresso pouring within about 90 minutes.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT

It is impossible to make great espresso when your equipment is running less than perfectly. Our technical team runs regular spot checks to make sure you’re doing your bit (the daily cleaning regime) and to check the equipment is operating well.

Our espresso technicians visit all our customers at regular intervals. Visits are arranged according to coffee consumption, but are at least every 2 to 3 months.

There is always a technician on call after hours, at weekends and public holidays for emergencies.

ORDERING aND DELIVERY

We will work closely with you so that you order the right amount of coffee – it should be as fresh as possible, but you don’t want to run out. We can set up standing orders based on consumption and ring you at regular intervals to ensure you are carrying enough stock.

For cafe customers in the Wellington CBD we deliver free of charge. For customers outside the Wellington CBD we use couriers and charge a small subsidised fee. Any order placed before 2pm will be dispatched that day.
