  1. You must be a New Zealand resident to enter
  2. Only one entry per email address
  3. Entries must be received by midnight of the day the competition closes
  4. The competition will be drawn within five working days of the closing date
  5. The winner will be notified within five working days of the prize draw
  6. The winner may be required to show proof of identity (eg passport or driver's license)
  7. If the winner does not respond within five working days the prize will be re-drawn
  8. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into
  9. Caffe L’affare reserve the right to amend, suspend or terminate this competition without notice at any time
  10. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-redeemable for cash
  11. All costs not specifically included in the prize details are excluded from the prize and are the responsibility of the winner
  12. Caffe L’affare shall not be liable in any way for any loss or damage or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any competition
  13. Caffe L'affare staff and family of Caffe L'affare staff are not eligible to enter
  14. Where the prize involves travel, that travel will be completed within six months of the winner being notified of the prize
  15. Where you are required to purchase a product to enter the promotion, you must keep a copy of the proof of purchase and a clearly identifiable part of the Caffe L'affare coffee pack or other product. Caffe L'affare may require proof of purchase before awarding any prize.
  16. By entering, you consent to receive Caffe L’affare updates. Caffe L'affare updates comprise of one monthly e-letter sent on the last Tuesday of each month. You may unsubscribe at any time.
  17. Your details will be collected and stored by Caffe L'affare in accordance with the Privacy Act 1993. You have the right to access your personal information and request correction of any errors in it pursuant to the Privacy Act 1993
  18. Your details will not be sold or given to a third parties or database colection agencies
  19. By entering, you consent to having your name and photographe published if you win the competition
