Since 1990 we’ve covered the globe hunting for interesting and unique coffees. Along the way we’ve collected everything from scooters to plane props and once in a while we come across some beans that really excite us.
The Discovery Series lets us share some of these interesting single origins and unique blends. Each is small-batch roasted by our head roaster before being delivered fresh to you or collected from our College Street or Melrose Street bean stores.
The range highlights some of the world’s best coffee growing regions with single origin coffees from Ethiopia and Guatemala and a blend from Latin America:
Grown on a small co-operative at the birth place of coffee, this multi-layered coffee has notes of blueberries and chocolate with a bittersweet intensity. Suits all brewing methods.
Guatemala Asobagri Fairtrade Organic
Ripe red apple and mandarin notes with a crisp, clean body. Sourced from a Fairtrade and certified Organic co-operative, this coffee suits soft brewing methods.
Latin America blend
The Latin America Blend features an appealing salted-caramel intensity with nutty, chocolatey base notes. Delicious with or without milk, this coffee suits all brewing methods.
