The original flavour wheel was created in the 90s by the Specialty Coffee Association and is often used in the world of specialty coffee to describe the unique characteristics of coffee. We've cut the complexity.

The Process
When our roasters envisioned our flavour wheel series blends, they aimed to create a coffee that truly highlights the wheel flavours. To achieve this, they experimented with various coffees and roasting techniques to enhance the coffee's inherent qualities.
As we like to say, the coffee chooses its own flavour path.
Coffee blending development involves tasting and cupping to evaluate individual beans' flavors, aromas, and balance. Cupping highlights the unique characteristics of each origin, allowing roasters to identify complementary profiles.
Through blending, different beans are combined to create a harmonious flavor, enhancing complexity, body, and consistency for the perfect cup.
The Series So Far...
