This is Peach Twist—our limited-edition 35th birthday blend. It’s what happens when you take Colombian coffee, co-ferment it with actual peaches, and blend it with a fruit-bomb PNG to make something completely unexpected.
It’s vibrant. It’s smooth. It’s full of peach, raspberry, and golden brioche—and it’s unlike anything we’ve ever roasted before. Perfect for filter, espresso, and cold brew. Best served with a little flair.

Monteblanco, Colombia – Peach Co-Ferment
At 1730m in Huila, Colombia, Rodrigo Sánchez is doing crazy coffee science with fruit and fermentation—and the results bring tastes notes a whole new meaning. This coffee started with a custom “mother culture” (think sourdough starter but make it peachy), co-fermented with Caturra and Bourbon varieties. It’s clean, sweet, and bursting with stone fruit because the fermentation literally included real peaches.
Peach Twist uses this wild process to bring that syrupy stone fruit flavour right to the front of your cup—juicy and bright in the best way.
Baroida Estate, Papua New Guinea – Natural Process
From the Eastern Highlands of PNG, Baroida Estate brings intensity and depth. Run by the Colbran family since the ’60s, this coffee is a natural process from high altitude (1700–1850m), with varieties like Arusha, Typica, and Mundo Novo. The result? Rich dark berry and champagne note, complement the peach and add structure that makes this blend sing.
Baroida adds body, complexity, and that hit of raspberry that rounds out Peach Twist. It’s the contrast that makes it addictive.
We wanted something bold enough to celebrate 35 years of L’affare—but also something new that would push the boundaries. Peach Twist is a nod to where we’ve been and a nudge toward where we’re going: fun, surprising, and we’re just getting started.
