Over 2,800 small-scale farmers contribute ripe cherries to the Wubanchi processing station. Their deep local knowledge and careful selection ensure quality from the start. The coffee undergoes a washed
process: skin removed, mucilage cleaned, and beans sun-dried for 19–21 days to reach ideal moisture.
