ROASTERS’ CUP – Pacamara Honey
ABOUT THIS COFFEE
A rich, syrupy cup with caramel, cooked blackberry and praline, carried by a buttery texture and lasting sweetness.Â
Grown by Rene Aguilar at Finca La Montañita in Chalatenango, El Salvador’s coolest and northernmost coffee region. The 12‑manzana farm produces Pacamara alongside citrus trees, with careful attention paid to harvest quality despite challenges like labour shortages and variable weather.Â
This coffee is Honey processed. Ripe cherries are depulped and dried with their mucilage intact, typically over 20–25 days on patios or raised beds. The result is increased sweetness, weight and a smooth, cohesive cup
This is a small-batch release from people obsessed with process, clarity and expression in the cup. Here for a limited time.
